Student Withdrawal Policy and Procedures

Notice Period and Fees A full calendar month’s written notice, or one month’s fee in lieu of such notice, must be given before a child’s name can be withdrawn from the school rolls. Students who leave the school in April or May will be required to pay fees for one additional vacation month.

Issuance of Documents The School Leaving Certificate and Progress Report will not be issued until all outstanding dues are cleared. All school dues will be realized up to the end of the month in which the withdrawal application is received.

Application Process

  • Form: Requests for a School Leaving Certificate must be submitted using the prescribed form available at the school reception.

  • Timeline: The School Leaving Certificate will be issued 10 days after the receipt of the application, provided all dues have been settled.

Duplicate Certificates A duplicate copy of the School Leaving Certificate is not ordinarily issued. In exceptional circumstances, a duplicate may be issued following a verification process. This requires the submission of:

  1. An Affidavit issued by a First Class Magistrate.

  2. A copy of the F.I.R. (First Information Report).

  3. Any other supporting documents required by the administration.
