Expectations from Saraswati Academy Students
1. Behavior and Respect

Students must behave politely at all times.

Respect elders and show care and kindness towards younger students.

Disobedience, discourtesy, or disrespect towards teachers or elders may lead to disciplinary action.
2. Attendance and Punctuality

Students should reach school no more than 10 minutes before the morning assembly.

Repeated latecomers may be sent back home.

75% attendance during the session is mandatory to be eligible for final exams.

Irregular attendance may result in suspension or other disciplinary measures.
3. Uniform and Appearance

Wear a clean and proper school uniform at all times.

Persistent uniform defaulters will face serious consequences.

Maintain proper haircuts; no stylish cuts, coloring, or extreme hairstyles.

Girls: No jewelry, long nails, cosmetics, nail polish, mehndi, or makeup.
4. School Materials

Carry school diary and I-Card daily.

Bring all daily requirements and lunch boxes from home; items will not be accepted at the school counter or gate.
5. Conduct in School

Students must not use self-driven scooters or cars to come to school.

Do not report to the infirmary without written permission from the class/subject teacher.

Phone calls are not allowed during school hours, except in emergencies.

Visitors are not allowed to meet students during school hours.

Students must never damage school property; any accidental damage must be reported and paid for.

Switch off fans and lights when not in use.
6. Participation and School Functions

Attend all school functions in complete school uniform.
7. School Bus Rules

Enter and exit the bus only through the front door.

Maintain discipline inside the bus.

Do not throw anything inside or outside the bus.

Damage to bus seats or covers will be charged to the student responsible.
8. Academic Discipline

Complete homework and assignments on time.

Actively participate in class discussions and activities.

Respect classroom rules and do not disrupt teaching or learning.

9. Digital Responsibility

Use school computers, tablets, or other digital devices responsibly.

Do not access inappropriate websites or social media during school hours.

Respect privacy: do not take photos or record videos of others without permission.

Keep classrooms, playgrounds, and school premises clean and litter-free.
