Student Withdrawal Process Flowchart

  1. Parent decides to withdraw the student

  2. Submit Withdrawal Application

    • Use the prescribed form at school reception

    • Provide written notice of 1 calendar month or pay 1 month’s fee in lieu

  3. Clear All Outstanding Dues

    • Fees are calculated up to the end of the month of application

    • April/May withdrawals require 1 extra vacation month fee

  4. Document Issuance

    • School Leaving Certificate (SLC)

    • Progress Report

    • Timeline: 10 days after application and dues clearance

  5. Duplicate SLC (Exceptional Cases Only)

    • Submit Affidavit from First Class Magistrate

    • Provide copy of F.I.R.

    • Any other documents requested by administration
