At Saraswati Academy, all admission and fee payments made to the school are considered final.

• Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

• No refund will be granted in the event of admission withdrawal, discontinuation of studies, transfer to another institution, or non-attendance after admission.

• The refund policy shall apply irrespective of whether the admission is taken at the beginning of the academic session or at any later stage during the session.

• Parents/guardians are advised to carefully review all admission-related information before completing the admission process and fee payment.

• The decision of the school management regarding fee and refund matters shall be final and binding.
